Class Description — Stretch

Developed as a supplementary class for dancers to improve stretching, physical fitness, stamina and general health, these classes are conveniently positioned in our weekly timetable, serving as a warm-up class for Adult Ballet and Contemporary. The class is open to and perfectly suitable for the non-dancer who just wants a fun, healthy, and stimulating way of keeping fit.
Yogalates has been developed by Pasodos Director, Laura Macias, as a dance orientated alternative to Yoga. The class manages to incorporate important elements of Yoga techniques into a Pilates workout, while making sure to leave you vitalized for any follow-on contemporary or ballet class you have planned.
